What about the SHipping charges
Domestic Shipping Charges : For all orders within India, we provide free shipping.
International Shipping Charges : For the International deliveries, the shipping cost is calculated at the time of placing the order depending on the value, weight and volume of the products purchased. We will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order at the time of placing the order. The shipping charge DOES NOT include import duty(s). Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked by our quality control team. If you receive a damaged item, please Contact Us immediately.
HOW DO I take care of my products
All products are dry clean only, no hand wash or machine wash as it might affect the quality of the product.
Do I need to register to place an order
Yes. You can browse through the collection without creating an account but you need to set up an account before you make a purchase.It's quite easy though, and once you register with us, the next time you'll only need to login :)

How do I know you are authentic
We assure you that every product we sell is 100% authentic.
How do I PICK MY size
We follow international size scheme. Please refer to our SIZE CHART, available on every product page, to find out the right size for you.
I'm worried about the colors of products, are they accurate
We try our best to display the colors as accurately as possible but we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen’s display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. But we have never recieved any complaint on this matter and we also suggest you to check the provided video available on every product page.
'SOLD OUT' Means
The products with ‘SOLD OUT’ display means that they are not in stock anymore. Please be aware that even if an item is in your wishlist or cart, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. But you can always contact to enquire for any specific product you like
How do I pay
We accept GPay, Phonepey, Paytm, PayPal, Credit and Debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro). We also have Pre Payment by Cash and Net Banking options. Please note that we do not provide 'Cash on Delivery' services. All orders are on full advance payment.
Note : Your personal online security is important to us. We use the encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. Should you face any issues while transacting, please feel free to contact us on the helpline given on every page and our representatives will be happy to assist.
WHY Do I need to sign for my order
We are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders.
How do you confirm that you've received my order
After you place an order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received.
How do I track my order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. You can easily track it from there.
What about the taxes, is it included
For Indian Customers : Product prices displayed are inclusive of all taxes and duties.
For International Customers : Product Prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Can I get a Discount
We are already very resonably priced but you can always stay tuned with us for the seasonal sales and discounts.
Return / REFUND / Exchange policies
We request you to check and review the order details before you make the payment, as we do not accept returns on any product. Only in the case the product is received in a damaged condition, a request return should be sent to us at info@ataletotell.co.in within 24 hours of receiving the order. Before the parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked by our Quality Control team. So if you receive an item which is damaged, please Contact Us immediately.
Exchange can be made only with valid reasons, contact us immediately at info@ataletotell.co.in within 24 hours of receiving the order, and our representative will connect with you.
Note : All custom made orders are NOT returnable or exchangeable.
